Is the vehicle purchased in my name or in Sellex's name?
The vehicle is imported and registered by us, and then transferred to the client.
Can I import more than one unit?
Yes. We can import multiple units or fleets, with prior coordination.
Do you work with individuals and companies?
Yes. We invoice sales to both individuals and companies.
Can I import a vehicle that is not posted on social media?
Yes. We source the specific model you have in mind, even if it is not published.
Payments and security
Is the 20% deposit fixed or can it vary?
The deposit can be negotiated depending on the vehicle and the deal.
How is the deposit paid?
By bank deposit, backed by a notarized contract.
Are payments made in soles or dollars?
Payments are made in US dollars (USD).
Do you provide a contract or supporting documentation?
Yes. The entire process is backed by contractual and notarial documentation.
Is the vehicle insured during transit?
Yes. We have policies that cover the vehicle during transit.
Are there penalties for cancellation?
If the vehicle has already been purchased, the penalty is 20% of the value (the deposit).
Can I pay the balance in installments?
Yes, as long as 100% is paid before final delivery.
Timelines
What does delivery time depend on?
Mainly on the vehicle's country of origin.
Do all countries take the same amount of time?
No. Estimated times: United Arab Emirates, up to 100 days; United States, around 60 days.
Does the timeline include customs clearance and plates?
Yes. The timeline includes customs clearance and plate issuance.
Can there be customs delays?
Yes. Any delay caused by local customs is communicated promptly.
What happens if the ship is delayed?
